These terms govern your use of Tally (the "Service"), a web app that lets you view the YouTube videos you have liked and re-rate them. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service
Tally is a free, single-purpose tool. After you sign in with Google, it displays up to 50 of your most recently liked YouTube videos and lets you submit a like, dislike, or cleared rating for any of them to your own YouTube account. Ratings you submit through Tally have the same effect as pressing the equivalent buttons on YouTube.
Your account and YouTube
Tally has no accounts of its own — you authenticate with your Google account. Your use of YouTube through Tally remains subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the ratings you choose to submit. You can revoke Tally's access at any time via your Google Account permissions page.
Privacy
Tally stores no user data on any server. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access it by automated means at abusive volumes, interfering with its operation, or using it in violation of applicable law or YouTube's terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tally and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Tally may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
